With over 15 years’ experience as a compassionate, non-judgemental psychologist in private practice, she has supported teenagers, adults and families with concerns including parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and major life transitions. Trained in ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR, Natalie tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Having expanded beyond traditional psychology, Natalie now integrates emotional, lifestyle and nutritional wellbeing into her work. Her professional training, alongside her own health journey, has deepened her understanding of how personal history, attachment, and generational trauma influence parenting, mood, addiction, physical health and chronic illness.
In addition to counselling, Natalie offers metabolic terrain health advocacy, health coaching and Radical Remission workshops, supporting individuals—particularly those navigating chronic conditions, including cancer survivors—to regain a sense of agency and proactive control over their emotional and physical wellbeing.
